pharma marketing in india
This is a thought process for all seniors involved in pharma marketing in India. (Since I am not aware of scenario elsewhere exactly in detail).
The quality of Marketing and PMT is on fast downtrend. Competitors are only copied in every possible way, Brand names, positioning, markets acted in, strategies, inputs and so on.
Creative thinking and concept making needs creative minds at peace! where do we get them?
Moreover marketeers have no patience as it used to be a decade back. Breakeven race has become so crude that most of the companies want break-even in first few months in individual markets. (By using any means, mind you!-"Do anything! Get me break-even in two months...").
If not, fire the men, cut inputs, get goods back today only (!), get a new man in each place (!) tomorrow!!
Woooosh..The vision is very short, mission is very big...where is the match?

The summer
The summer heat in India is ON! The heat & dust esp in northwestern India is a big killer. But there are some golden linings! Summer brings rains and also the king of all fruits-Mango!
Loved by all unanimously for these 3 months…
In the starry nights in suburban towns it is a pleasant experience to view exotic sky. Also greatly refreshing early mornings in summer.

The Networkers!
I have been getting invitations each day from some newer & newer groups and sites to become network member from my friends, because they have become one!
I am member at Facebook, Enterpreneur, Ecademy to name a few. But this is getting unmanageable by the day!
People who are not relevant, thoughts that are not provoking and comments which lead nowhere are dumped on us. Also, there are messages and more messages of these hundreds of people flooding your personal mail inbox, so much so that you have to search for your Required mail!
Where this will lead is any body’s guess. Restraint is the need of the hour. How can somebody get hell of such time to read alll such messages, mail, comments and even Respond to most of these?
Think-alike people, moderation in communique and decency at most levels can only keep such groups interesting and useful.

LEARN TO CHANGE!
Relations are changing, expectations are higher (change again), closeness in most relations are varying. The scare of unknown is reducing- people make friends online, in hundreds even without really knowing them!
Buying habits and utilisation of products are ever changing. Creators have to recreate same brands and products again & again, so that they look new!
People change their cellphones FASTER than their tooth-brushes! The value of things have been lost. as if the world is soon coming to its end?
Whatever we have used/spent for is ours, what is saved for rainy day is a hoax.
Reckless life, changed life.
