The Networkers!

I have been getting invitations each day from some newer & newer groups and sites to become network member from my friends, because they have become one!

I am member at Facebook, Enterpreneur, Ecademy to name a few. But this is getting unmanageable by the day!

People who are not relevant, thoughts that are not provoking and comments which lead nowhere are dumped on us. Also, there are messages and more messages of these hundreds of people flooding your personal mail inbox, so much so that you have to search for your Required mail!

Where this will lead is any body’s guess. Restraint is the need of the hour. How can somebody get hell of such time to read alll such messages, mail, comments and even Respond to most of these?

Think-alike people, moderation in communique and decency at most levels can only keep such groups interesting and useful.

LEARN TO CHANGE!

The change is LIFE! Stagnation is death, everything is constantly changing. The Earth and her atmosphere, Religious beliefs and practices, behaviour of people world over, thinking and reacting differently to same things have changed.
Relations are changing, expectations are higher (change again), closeness in most relations are varying. The scare of unknown is reducing- people make friends online, in hundreds even without really knowing them!
Buying habits and utilisation of products are ever changing. Creators have to recreate same brands and products again & again, so that they look new!
People change their cellphones FASTER than their tooth-brushes! The value of things have been lost. as if the world is soon coming to its end?
Whatever we have used/spent for is ours, what is saved for rainy day is a hoax.
Reckless life, changed life.

Learn to observe...

It is very natural for everyone to see or observe the surroundings, people, things and so on. However, I have observed (!) that lot of people do not observe. As a manager & trainer over two decades, I notice that lots of people can't recollect places, people, happening that actually were witnessed by them. Reason? well, nothing specific except lack of interest or just lack of this skill. The skill of observation can be cultivated. Mental note of things seen and experienced by us aways invariably help us in many ways. The first things we fail to notice is people; their faces, certain special features and mannerisms, attitudes and voice. Yes voice remembering can do tremendous difference in making friends. Even if you meet someone after years, voice quality mostly identifies a person eve he has undergone visible changes!

Even when we are driving on the same road everyday to work & home, there are lot of things we must observe. Any changes in those should be noticed. We may remember a shop, a sale or even a Doctor's clinic which can help many others in time.

One must cultivate this skill and make it a habit.

Why teaching is vital?

Time & again we come across people who lack either skill or knowledge. Since performance= Skill x Knowledge; either at Zero level result into Big ZERO!
While entering new venture we all lack either of these. That is why learning these and someone teaching these is very vital & crucial.
I have met hundreds during my career of 30+ years that people do not know what are they supposed to be do!
Secondly, once clarified the mechanics of doing tasks are wide & varied. Most of the methods are tested, however, the doer only learneth! Wrongly done, some make mess of things. And before long they realise, it is irreversible. Repent? No, mostly not. They happily go about doing whatever they can. More mess.
The one who likes to teach these skill or knowledge is viewed as poacher. It only dawns late that the people needed badly to learn what are must. All goods organisations put good weightage on training people so that they can perform as per expectations.
It is never too late, learn all you can and use for better life for self and others.

LEARNING!

HI! I have learnt that in spite of life long learning; we don't learn anything. Like it is said that "we learn from history mainly that we don't learn anything from history!" that is why it repeats...don't we repeat our mistakes? Even unknowingly? Reason? Decisions. since decisions are only RIGHT or WRONG as per the "TIME-FRAME" they were taken. Nobody likes to take a wrong decision! But we do & often, then repent and then (?) REPEAT.
Anyway, for me; learning has been fun & pain both, along the life path. This thing has made me a Trainer...I strongly believe that learning constructively is not just necessary, it will prevent many pitfalls you may find yourself in in time to come. I like to train people on lot of areas of their actual needs so that they can be more skilled, knowledgeable and importantly EFFECTIVE. Because, that is what s needed. For that, I constantly keep learning, searching good things I can share with others.
Life is a long journey, let us make it useful and fun! All the best.
